All models, designs, shapes, ideas displayed on the website belong to BOO Jewellery and its creative director.
Copying the design and shape of the presented models, selling or distributing jewelry under another trademark is not allowed.
Any visual and textual material posted on our website is the property of BOO Jewellery or is licensed for use. You do not have the right to distribute, modify, send, download, copy or use the mentioned content fully or partially for personal commercial purposes or without receiving a written permission in advance.

These Service Terms and Conditions regulate your usage of our website - www.boojewellery.com, which is operated by BOO Jewellery.
Our Privacy Policy sets out the use of our services and explains how we collect, protect and disclose the information we receive as a result of your use of our websites.
The agreement (Contract) between you and us includes the mentioned Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You realize that you have read and you understand the agreements and agree to them.
If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement (or fail to comply with them) you can stop using our services, but please let us know about the latter via e-mail: boojewellery@mail.com so that we can find a way out of the current situation. These terms apply to all visitors, users and those wishing to access other services.
1. Communication
By using our service, you agree to receive news, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be sent from us. However, you can refuse to receive the above mentioned information by sending an unsubscribe request at boojewellery@mail.com.
2. Purchase/Buy
If you wish to buy a product or service which is available through the service you may need to provide the information relevant to your purchase, including but not limited to your credit or debit card number, your card expiration date, your registration address and delivery information.
You guarantee that: you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) concerning any purchase; and that the information provided by you is true, correct and thorough.
For payment and purchases, we may need to use a third party service. By providing your information, you give us the right to transfer this information to the third party that meets our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time due to certain reasons, including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order in case of fraud or having doubts concerning unauthorized or illegal transactions.
3. Order cancellation/refund/compensation
The order can be cancelled within 12 hours after placing the latter. Refund / compensation is made within 5 days from the initial date of the order.
- Please note ! that each model of BOO Jewellery is fully handmade and customized. Thus, the return/exchange is available only for the faulty items. In case of technical faults, within the 3 (three) calendar days of receipt one can send the email containing photos of the damage. The case will be subject of discussion and the appropriate measures will be taken at the earliest. The item return will be available only upon the approval of BOO Jewellery accordingly the shipping expenses will be covered by the brand.
- The company does not provide exchange of an item for another model.
4. Illegal use
You can use the service only for legal purposes and according to the Terms.
5. Accounts
By creating an account on our website, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, thorough and up-to-date at all times. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may cause immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to take responsibility for any and all activities or actions related to your account and/or password. You have to notify us immediately about security breach concerning your information or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide service, compile reports, remove or modify the content, or suspend orders at our discretion.
6. Termination
We can terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you can just stop using it.
7. Regulatory law
Terms and Conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the Georgian legislation, within the frameworks of the relevant regulatory law, regardless to the provisions in conflict with it.
If we fail to fulfill any rights or provisions of these Terms it shall not be considered as ignorance of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is deemed void or invalid by the court, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in force.

We reserve the right to make changes to our services at our discretion. Periodically, we may restrict access to some parts of the service or to the whole service, to customers, including registered customers.
